NebraskaGLBTevents.com provides a community calendar service for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender events in Nebraska and surrounding states. This calendar is promoted, and available on the Internet and in print. This Service, including any updates, enhancements and new features are subject to the Terms of Service.
GAY, LESBIAN, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER FRIENDLY
You agree that the individuals, businesses or organizations represented in your events listing are gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender friendly (GLBT Friendly). GLBT Friendly businesses and organizations are those that support, welcome, respect and accept clients, customers and employees of any sexual orientation or gender identity. If the organization, business or individual represented in your event listing is found to violate these terms, your listing will be removed at the sole discretion of NebraskaGLBTevents.com.
LISTING CONTENT AND IMAGES
You agree that your event listing as well as any images included with your listing will be free from nudity, obscenities and profanity. Please present your listing in a professional manner. Excessively bright, flashing or blinking animated images are not allowed. Animation is fine, but please avoid distracting graphics in your uploaded images.
DELETION OF EVENT LISTING
At your request, NebraskaGLBTevents.com can permanently remove your event listing.
PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
See the Privacy Statement disclosures relating to the collection and use of your information.
ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
If a particular service offered on the NebraskaGLBTevents.com Web Site requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You then will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS

Please be advised that NebraskaGLBTevents.com will impose a cancellation fee of $15 should you wish to discontinue your advertising campaign. Ads with excessive flashing or other distracting characteristics will not be accepted.

NebraskaGLBTevents.com does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to NebraskaGLBTevents.com including materials that are posted, uploaded, or submitted. Materials submitted are designated for review by the general public.
